We are excited to announce the 2010 Cloud9 Customer Achievement Awards! These awards will be presented at the Cloud9 Customer Summit* on Monday, December 6 at the W Hotel in San Francisco.

This year's awards will be given for outstanding customer achievement in attaining measurable forecast accuracy, sales process improvement, and increased win rates.

Winners will receive a crystal award and a $250 Visa gift card. Customers can nominate themselves or be nominated by the Cloud9 team based on reported measurable results.

To submit an award nomination, simply send an email to [email protected] and include the name of the award that you are submitting a nomination for and a brief paragraph highlighting why you deserve to win. Submission deadline has been extended to Friday, December 3!

Nominations will be judged on the combined impact of people, process and technology in the following areas:

Achievement in Forecast Accuracy

This award is presented to the organization that demonstrates the most significant quantifiable improvement in forecast accuracy. Key criteria for achievement include:
  • Period-over-period forecast accuracy improvements
  • Measurable enhancements in conversion and/or win rates
  • Hard-dollar savings in technology and/or resources
  • Soft-dollar savings in sales team productivity
Achievement in Sales Process Improvement

This award is presented to the organization that has shown improvement in sales processes around forecast calls, weekly sales meetings, and one-on-one coaching to effect quantifiable increases in sales velocity. Key criteria for achievement include:
  • Completeness of business process implementation
  • Adoption of process by the sales team
  • Executive sponsorship and follow-through
  • Innovation in the application of Cloud9 to superior pipeline management
  • Future plans for incremental process improvement
Achievement in Win Rate Improvements
 
This award is presented to the organization with the highest increase in forecasted win rates using Cloud9 Pipeline Accelerator and related sales best practices. Key criteria for achievement include:
  • Period-over-period revenue enhancements
  • Measurable enhancements in conversion and/or win rates
  • Hard-dollar savings in technology and/or resources
  • Soft-dollar savings in sales team productivity
