Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the Cloud9 application configuration process including design, development, and deployment
• Involvement in Pre and Post Sales activities, support, customer on-boarding, services, support, and professional services
• Strong communication skills

Skills

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2 - 4 years of experience in software development, solving complex problems
• Solid experience writing complex SQL. Multi cursors, stored procedures, etc.
• Solid experience with XML (Java a big plus)
• Solid understanding of Perforce, WinSCP, like tools
• Solid understanding of Excel based solutions
• Solid understanding of database features and functions
• Experience in technical customer support a plus
• Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
• Understanding of sales process also a plus
• Excellent problem solving skills and creativity
• Willing to take on responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking environment
• Excellent communication/Customer facing skills
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Proven success
