My name is Don Tyler and I am the Senior DIrector of Corporate Communications at Cloud9 Analytics. I know a lot of people think that equates to being a spinmeister, but I really see my role as helping the company clearly articulate the business value we bring to our customers -- and if you are not a Cloud9 customer, why you should be one!

I have been engaged in marketing at enterprise software companies for longer than I really care to admit; suffice it to say that for most of the last twelve years I have focused on CRM software so I really do understand what our customers are trying to accomplish.

I am excited to be part of the Cloud9 Customer Community site. I feel that engaging with our customers is the first, best way to making our solutions really work the way organizations NEED them to work.
