Integrating Goals and Actuals

Cloud9 Pipeline Accelerator Suite Enterprise Edition seamlessly imports team and individual goal data from spreadsheets or Incentive Compensation Systems as well as actuals from your organization's financial system of record into your Cloud9 data warehouse. Then this data is presented alongside current sales pipeline data for the most accurate and easy-to-use view of pipeline performance possible. No more "stare and compare" between Salesforce dashboards, spreadsheets, and ERP reports.

Cloud9 Importer

Organizations can use Cloud9 Importer to integrate data from external enterprise systems into their Cloud9 data warehouse. This gives users the same historical reporting capabilities for their imported data as are available for their Salesforce data. As a result, they can import daily, weekly, or monthly versions of data and view them "As Of" a specific date.

While designed primarily for integrating pipeline-related data so that it can be joined with Salesforce data, the Cloud9 Importer can also store unrelated 3rd-party data in the Cloud9 data warehouse for historical reporting purposes via the Cloud9 Analyst Suite.

Cloud9 Importer accepts .csv files via a Web interface specifically designed to be easy to use for business users. Once added to the Cloud9 data warehouse, imported data is instantly available for reporting. Additionally, the file upload can be automatically be scheduled and managed by machine processes from other systems via workflow integration.
